SalaryA top-tier Investment Manager seeks a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and comprehend the Firm's ongoing Regulatory Reporting obligations
- Ensure remediation and re submission of transactions within Regulatory deadlines or agreed time frames
- Supervise the work of team members to maintain high standards, offering appropriate training and development programs for continuous competency and knowledge sharing
- Conduct regular risk and control assessments, recording and demonstrating a robust control environment, and promptly addressing any failing, missing, or inadequate controls.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with demonstrated team management experience.
- Excellent detailed knowledge of MIFID, EMIR Refit, UKMIR, and Refit mandatory
- Desirable experience includes AIFMD, Shareholding Disclosures, and SFTR
- Experience in using the following tools and platforms: UnaVista; Tradecho; DTCC; RHUB and Kaizen
