We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Risk Analyst. We are looking for applicants who have a constant record of high achievement, professionalism, reliability, and excellent organizational skills. This position will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support duties.

This is an exciting position for an experienced administrative and planning professional, looking to develop their skills and work in a dynamic environment across a broad group of globally disbursed contacts.

The Analyst needs to demonstrate strong organization skills, executive presence, and effective communication. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can work independently and proactively and is comfortable with both admin support duties as well as special projects.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and booking meetings with the regulator to include regular supervisory catch ups, meetings to discuss reviews or findings, executive or board supervisory meetings and any other meetings requested from any of the regulators.
  • Ensure that all reports are submitted to the regulators by the due date by managing the timeline for production with finance to ensure that reports are provided in time for review.
  • Attend meetings and take note of the key points being made so that a record can be maintained of the meeting and ensure that any actions are closed in time.
  • Support team members with ad hoc work as needed to support the team with regulatory interactions.
  • Manage all training scheduling, event planning, and maintain a clear and concise calendar
  • Translate difficult concepts into easy and accessible content
  • Partner with the team to create engaging experiences by leveraging graphics, motion graphics, audio, and visual design
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Support key team initiatives, playing the part of project coordinator
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts
  • Manage agreements, contracts and invoicing with outside consultants and contracts, establish PO’s and work agreements
  • Assist with developing and updating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other charts and documents in support of team activities
  • Participate as needed on other projects to solve complex problems regarding project, department or division-related work.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
