To be considered for this role you must have experience in Motor Crime.

About the role:
- The successful applicant will receive training in criminal law with an emphasis on motoring law matters – the applicant does not therefore need to have experience in criminal law but will need to display a willingness to complete training and develop in this area
- Training will also be given on conducting hearings in the Magistrates Court and the applicant must again be willing to develop this experience
- The role will involve preparing and conducting cases in the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court as well as PACE interviews on occasion
- The department also deals with general commercial regulatory work and the applicant will gain experience and develop expertise in these areas, as well as some contentious data protection and sports law matters
- This role will involve working with high-quality clients with a varied caseload
