Are you interested in making changes and contribute to Defra’s IT services by delivering excellent service?

The Group Infrastructure and Operations (GIO) function within Digital, Data & Technology Services (DDTS) is recruiting a Release Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will support Release Management process, drive adoption and continual improvement in its execution.

Join us and become a part of the team who deliver an excellent service management/ownership of the Digital Workplace services which includes IT Migration projects, MS Teams, ServiceNow, RPA Payment systems and Xerox, among others. We offer transparent work instructions, dedicated support and training and a clear development pathway.

You will contribute to planning and controlling the movement of releases to test and live environments, to ensure that the integrity of the environments is protected and the correct components are released.
