Remortgage Advisor

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Salary: 25,000 per annum (Starting), 30,000 per annum (After achieving 10,000 banked commission)
Qualifications: CMAP Qualified
Experience: Newly qualified candidates accepted; Ideally some brokering experience
Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will leverage your CMAP qualification to provide expert advice on mortgage options. The role is office-based during regular business hours, offering a predictable and consistent schedule without weekend work. Newly qualified candidates are welcome, and those with some brokering experience will be preferred.

CMAP qualification

Strong understanding of mortgage products and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commission and Incentives:
The tiered commission scheme rewards high performance, with increasing percentages based on achieved sales. Starting with a competitive salary of 25,000, you have the opportunity to move to 30,000 after banking 10,000 in commission.
Commission Structure:
0- 2,500: 0%
2,501- 10,000: 10%
More than 10,000: 12.5%
