The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of remortgage case workers and assistants, working in our Integrar business.
Integrar is a market leader in the provision of remortgaging and refinancing services and is part of Knights the leading legal and professional services business outside London. Our business model and culture remain a clear differentiator from many legal services businesses enabling us to recruit individuals who wish to work in a modern professional services business.
Integrar specialises in delivering Remortgage services for lending institutions and intermediaries such as banks, building societies, mortgage brokers, estate agents and financial advisors.

Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing, coaching, and supporting a team of remortgage caseworkers to deliver a first-class service and experience.
Your responsibilities as Team Leader – Remortgage, will include.
- Motivating and leading the team to ensure that an excellent service to borrowers and lenders.
- Be an integral part of our performance management processes such as undertaking monthly 1 to 1 meetings.
- Providing coaching and mentoring support, including identifying and supporting on-going training and development requirements.
- Assisting with the teams’ caseloads as needed, to ensure workloads are managed effectively.
- Liaising with the client and borrower and other external parties.
- Providing management information and reporting on all aspects of remortgage activity.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of leading and coaching teams, ideally gained within a similar customer focused, volume environment.
- Previous experience of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people and performance management skills, including mentoring and developing teams.
- An understanding of the remortgage process would be beneficial.
- Proven IT skills, and ideally, experience of using a case management system.
- An ability to work in a demanding environment, working to strict deadlines and within Service Level Agreements.
- A careful and methodical approach, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service.
