Description
Remortgage Team Leader - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent service to clients, including lodging land registry applications within SLA, minimizing errors, and ensuring correct internal procedures are followed.
- Assess priorities, organize work schedules, and allocate resources according to business needs.
- Identify and support ongoing training and development needs by liaising with the training team.
- Monitor day-to-day work, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, set performance improvement plans, manage absence, and conduct capability meetings when required.
- Liaise with clients, borrowers, and external parties to resolve issues.
- Monitor the post-completion pipeline, declare concerns to senior management and the technical team, and ensure registration is not compromised.
- Provide reporting and management information to senior management and external clients on post-completion activity.
Profile
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Experience working at a Team Leader level, preferably within a volume case management environment.
- Experience in the post-completion area of conveyancing or remortgage is desirable.
- Sufficient experience and credibility to motivate, coach, and manage others.
- Proven communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
