Job description

24-Hour Therapy is a cutting-edge online therapy platform looking to remove the real and perceived barriers to therapy and make mental health more accessible.

Our mission is simple - To revolutionise the delivery of mental health therapy by providing a seamless, user-focused, two-sided platform connecting therapists and users. We want to live in a world where mental health services are readily available and accessible for everyone; promoting a healthier and happier society.

Where do you come in?

We are building an online ‘remote’ network of accredited therapists who share our passion for improving people's mental wellbeing and can work with clients to change their lives for the better. You'll join our clinical team to provide the highest quality therapy in your field of expertise. We'll take care of everything else. Our ambition is to disrupt the delivery of mental health services, and we want you to be a part of it!

What makes us the right platform for you?

We've pioneered an innovative and easy to use platform that enables you to focus on delivering your services. You'll have the ability and choice to work with specific populations or presenting concerns. We're driven by innovation, so you can expect constant feature enhancements and new clinical tools to support you.

Trust is vital, so you can have complete confidence in our ability to safeguard privacy and confidentiality. Our platform uses the latest technologies, including secure, encrypted video-based communication.

What are the benefits for you?

  • Consistent referrals: Full clinical caseload can be established within the first 30 to 90 days.
  • Zero overhead: No fees are collected from the therapist, ever.
  • Fast payment: You can withdraw the funds you earn after 3 working days
  • Flexible schedule: You are always in control of your schedule and appointment times.
  • Engaged clients: You are paired with clients who align with your specific areas of expertise.
  • Autonomy over decisions: You are the accredited and trained clinician. 24-Hour Therapy will defer to your clinical judgement and expertise regarding your clinical approach to each client.
  • Personalised branding: You will have your own 24-Hour Therapy profile which is optimised for you based on expertise and availability.
  • Resources and support: We're building a strong and accessible peer community, which will be available to you directly through the platform.

What do we need from you to work together?

  • You must be fully qualified to practise independently in your field without third-party supervision.
  • Your accreditation must be awarded by an accrediting organisation relevant to your profession and field of practice. We can only accept accreditations approved by the UK's Professional Standards Authority.
  • You'll have your own professional liability insurance to cover your clinical activities.
  • You'll have a reliable internet connection with a private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
  • You must reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Therapies Excluded:

24 Hour Therapy does not permit delivery of the following types of therapies on its platform:

  • Crisis Intervention: Suicide Prevention, Managing Emergencies.
  • Eating Disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder.
  • Mood Disorders: Bipolar Disorder.
  • Personality Disorders: Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

We embrace diversity and believe in creating inclusive environments where all our employees can thrive. We want to reflect the clients we aim to serve, so we welcome different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. This is why as an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to hiring people regardless their actual or perceived race, religion, colour, creed, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and any related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodiversity status, disability status, or otherwise.
