We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Remote Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in spearheading our sales efforts, expanding our client base, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Utilise your extensive sales experience to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Forge meaningful relationships with prospective clients, comprehensively understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand our client portfolio, and enhance our market presence.
- Lead Generation: Employ a variety of methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media, to generate leads and foster business prospects.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalise sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover new business prospects.
- Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development and sales, with a minimum of [2 years] of demonstrable experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional sales acumen and a knack for identifying and capitalising on lucrative business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organisational levels.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a remote team setup.
