An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional to join our team at ABC, focusing on the Northern region. This role will involve generating leads within our market and is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and rapidly growing financial service provider.
Main responsibilities:
· Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
· Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for the divisional director
· Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
· Research and build relationships with new clients.
· Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms
· Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
· Attend and contribute to sales meetings
· Send broker packs out and follow up
· Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
· Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
What you'll need:
· Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector
· Must have some experience in finance or property
· 2 years experience generating leads
· Capable of self-generating leads, and 'opening doors' with brokers
· Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
· Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable.
· Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Negotiation skills
· Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
· Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ‘win’ new business.
· Good Computer skills
· Full driving Licence
· Must live in the Northern England.
