Your new role
- Build and manage collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide expert compliance advice, focusing on Motor Insurance industry regulations.
- Identify and manage conduct-related risks.
- Support regulatory reporting and track legal requirements.
- Arrange internal compliance training.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and Motor Insurance industry priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on risk and controls.
- Ability to adapt to new businesses and products.
