About the Role:
In this role, you will manage a medium-sized caseload of conveyancing files (approximately 45-80 files) including both leasehold and freehold transactions. The exact caseload will depend on file complexity and team workload. This position is suitable for both non-qualified and qualified conveyancers who are eager to excel in a supportive remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle conveyancing matters independently and efficiently.
- Manage all aspects of leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
