They are innovative and thriving Training Provider who prioritise the learner journey and consistently deliver high-quality training and assessments.What this company is offering:• Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000• Generous Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days), with the option to purchase additional holidays, plus two days/year for volunteering.• Fully Remote Work: Deliver training and coaching remotely.• Promising Career Growth: Excellent career development opportunities.About the Role:As a Data Analyst Trainer and Facilitator, you'll teach and mentor learners through Level 3 and 4 apprenticeships in Data Analysis. Your responsibilities will include:• Delivering top-notch remote-based training, mentoring, and support to apprentice learners.• Designing and conducting engaging training sessions up to level 4, adhering to apprenticeship regulatory requirements.• Providing constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding learners toward their learning objectives.• Contributing to curriculum design and material creation, especially in the new level 5 Data standards.• Assessing and reviewing learners' work to maintain standards and ensure qualification alignment.• Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate learning records as per regulatory standards.• Developing industry-standard learning programs focused on competencies, behaviours, and relationships.Requirments:• Teaching Qualification: Desirable (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training), or willingness to work towards it.• Assessor Qualification: Preferably (TAQA, CAVA, A1), or readiness to pursue it.• Educational Background: Degree or higher in Data or Data Engineering.• Passion for Teaching: Proven track record in online teaching, aligned with Ofsted "Good" or above standards.• Ofsted and Education Framework Knowledge: Understanding of Ofsted and Education Inspection Framework.• Data Analyst Experience: Previous work experience in Data Analyst roles is essential.• Target Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting targets and maintaining quality standards.For more information, please contact Simon Atkins at Pertemps Newcastle on .
