Remote Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator | Work from Home | Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm | Above market salary of up to £45k per annum dependent upon experience

Our client is an award-winning Renewable Energy Company, who are experts in low-carbon heating solutions, specialising in the design and implementation of heat pump led heat networks.

This is a full-time remote Service Coordinator role. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of service requests and managing the schedule of service engineers. They will also communicate with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of service requests while keeping customers informed of the status of their requests.

• Communicate with engineers and customers to plan maintenance

• Communicate with engineers and customers to schedule in call outs with SLA's

• Maintain a planner showing all planned visits with priorities along with all outstanding workload for the coming weeks

• Manage incoming technical enquiries from customers and allocate to the right resource for resolution

• Manage service schedules

• Schedule out of hours call outs

• Raising jobs through scheduling software

• Raise invoices and purchases orders

• Schedule training and maintain records

• Run analysis to identify the spare part requirements for upcoming work, compare to available stock and ensure stock levels are appropriately maintained.

• Be fully compliant with CRM requirements, ensuring complete accurate records are maintained of internal and external communication.

Requirements:

• Degree educated (preferable)

• Previous resource scheduling / planning experience

• Relevant customer service experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication experience

• Proven experience of delivering performance objectives through cross functional teams.

• Good geographical knowledge of the UK

• High level of attention to detail

• IT literate, experience of CRM and Scheduling software

Package:

• Salary £40k to £45k per annum

• 25 days Holidays plus bank holidays
