Salary: Up to £35k dependant on experience
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating Customer Service activities and ensuring that our clients customers have a positive experience.
Key duties;
- Arranging engineer visits with engineers and wider Customer Service team.
- Placing / management of purchase orders for stock / small works for the service division.
- Stock control levels within Field tech vans and Main warehouses.
- Maintaining tool register / stock
- Identifying and resolving any urgent customer queries.
- Responding to client queries via various communication methods
- Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
To be successful in this role;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Good time management and problem solving abilities
- Experience /proven track record of working in a successful Customer Service team.
- Can do attitude
