We are looking for a skilled Remote Support Engineer, who will be given the flexibility to work anywhere remotely in Milton Keynes.

What you will be doing as the Remote Support Engineer
- First level support of O&M issues, communicate with customer and provide support
- GSP system tickets handling for O&M
- Support region service team to identify problems and develop corrective action plans, and tracing and manage progress
- Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance with Region service team, and tracing and manage progress
- Support RSC manager to manage hotline service partner to avoid SLA violation according to the contract

Who you are and what you will bring?
- Electrical Engineering degree (as you will need to understand ACDC, Low/Medium voltage etc)
- Ideally excellent knowledge about PV inverters
- English language at a C1 level and above
- Based in the UK
- A valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent experience in dealing with customers in critical situations
