A housing Association is currently looking for a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis for about 3 months+ in Chelmsford.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Helping deliver a day-to-day repair service to our resident
Focussed on progressing repairs through the repairs platform
Providing advice and assistance on a range of repair related enquiries and diagnosing repairs Making value for money assessments
Verifying completion and paying invoices
First point of contact for field staff and third-party contractors.
This is a hybrid role £11.26 PAYE or £14.75 umbrella
Essential requirements
Must have some experience in office based customer service and administration
Able to problem solve
Good on Word & Excel
Must be happy to work in Chelmsford
