Repairs & Maintenance Manager Property

An operational role reporting to the Property Manager with close liaison with the Head of Residential Sales & Lettings.

The role and duty are to be the main in-house lead on maintenance and aftercare for the residential and commercial assets of the project.

Our client is a international real estate organisation specialising in Commercial & Residential property with a market value of over £5b.

Description

Duties will include oversight of;

• Tenant move-in's, check-out's.
• Managing furniture installations, any in apartment refreshes, in close cooperation with the managing agents.
• Assist and coordinate sub-contractors requiring access to R1, R2 and commercial NEQ buildings.
• Help to diagnose and arrange necessary trades to return and complete/fix incomplete works.
• Handyman duties are required: painting, small repairs, small furniture assembly if needed.

Profile

The ideal candidate would have:

• Knowledge and experience of in apartment refreshes, maintenance issues and general management of property assets.
• Ability to interact with managing agent team, including the on-site concierge team.
• Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and willingness to learn.
