About Our Client
Our client is a international real estate organisation specialising in Commercial & Residential property with a market value of over £5b.
Job Description
Duties will include oversight of;
- Tenant move-in's, check-out's.
- Managing furniture installations, any in apartment refreshes, in close cooperation with the managing agents.
- Assist and coordinate sub-contractors requiring access to R1, R2 and commercial NEQ buildings.
- Help to diagnose and arrange necessary trades to return and complete/fix incomplete works.
- Handyman duties are required: painting, small repairs, small furniture assembly if needed.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have:
- Knowledge and experience of in apartment refreshes, maintenance issues and general management of property assets.
- Ability to interact with managing agent team, including the on-site concierge team.
- Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and willingness to learn.
