Our social housing client is looking recruit a temporary Repairs and Maintenance Scheudler to support a team with scheduling and planning works required to social housing properties and supporting the overall business functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the repairs and maintenance team, taking calls from clients and customers, booking and re-scheduling appointments for contractors to carry our repairs and planned works to tenant's properties
- Produce written reports on the performance of the operational delivery business, monitoring completed and outstanding works
- Order materials and liaise with suppliers and operatives to ensure timely completion of both individual jobs or larger programmes of works
- Keep customers informed and up to date with any updates or changes to appointments and answering any queries
- Working closely with the coordinating team as well as subcontractors and trades teams to ensure a high quality customer service is delivered
- Raise works orders and maintain a computerised system, ensuring all works are logged and recorded on the database
- Maintain stock levels for staff, including ordering tools and materials and booking in vehicle services or ordering uniforms
Job Requirements:
- A levels
- NVQ in business management
- Ability to utilise computerised systems
