Repairs Manager

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Repairs Manager to manage a multi-disciplinary team and lead on the delivery of an outstanding responsive repairs service.

-Line manage supervisors responsible for trades teams. Including 1-2-1's, appraisals and reviews.

-Ensure the service is delivered with outstanding levels of customer care.

-Management of works to ensure that it is delivered within H&S parameters.

-Contracts management of external contractors

-Implementation of improvements and efficiencies

-Effective budget management to ensure that works are delivered within budget.

Offering excellent working conditions, including hybrid working and the potential for training, development and progression.

Candidates should be highly experienced in the delivery of repairs and have significant line management experience. Must be customer-focused, with a passion for delivering an outstanding repairs service.
