As part of the Assets and Sustainability team you will deliver effective communication during complex repairs and to contribute to continuous improvement and development of our reactive repairs service.

What you’ll be doing:
• To provide high quality, customer focussed services effectively, consistently, pro-actively and cost effectively, including:
• Complex repairs management including undertaking visits
• Point of contact for tenants when they have been decanted from their home to enable repairs to take place.
• Assisting with lessons learnt to drive service improvements where complaints solutions have failed
• Developing local communication and providing information to customers
• Taking responsibility for ensuring all issues that arise during cases you are involved in are resolved and - where unable to resolve directly signposting customers effectively whilst retaining ownership for resolving the issue
• Contributing to the development of and assist in the implementation and delivery of strategic plans and service standards.
• Developing and strengthening customer satisfaction with the repairs service
• Ensuring services are positively focussed on customers
What we’re looking for:
• Working towards recognised housing qualification
• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation
• Understanding of housing management in the social sector
• Highly developed organisational, communication, decision-making and workload management skills
