SalaryOur client, based in Greater Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 3-month temporary contract with a likelihood of extension!
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is as a minimum £23.00 per hour via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience of managing a patch of properties, and handling all aspects of tenancy management including dealing with low-level rent arrears, ASB issues and allocations. The post offers agile working, with anytime not spent visiting tenants being time that can be spent working from home!
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Experience required:
- Strong background as either a Housing Officer or ASB Officer
- Able to confidently serve notice to tenants
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 7.30am and 6.30 pm
