Days: 37 hours per week 8am - 4PM (office based)

Length of contract: Initially 4 Months
GI Group Recruitment are now recruiting for a Repairs Planner for our client to focus on scheduling repairs for Building Services which encompasses responsive repairs. You will be responsible for arrange the repairs on behalf of the client ensuring correct procedures are followed at all times during the booking phase.
Main duties of the Repairs Planner
- Fantastic customer service skills at all times to ensure customer satisfaction is to the highest.
- Excellent telephone manner ensure you give the customer that warm fuzzy feeling.
- Excellent communication skills within the team and clients to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Microsoft Office skills needed.
- Scheduling experience would be an advantage and preferably knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure booking are correctly logged.
- Excellent Administration skills for smooth day to day running.
Criteria
- Driving licence is required due to the location you will be working in has no public transport.
- Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 are required due to the nature of the work you will be conducting.
