Job Title: Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating job assignments and locations for operatives through their PDA devices.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients to ensure smooth scheduling of repair works.
• Managing the diaries and calendars of operatives to optimise productivity.
• Escalating any concerns or issues to managers for prompt resolution.
• Responding to repair-related emails in accordance with operational procedures.
• Logging calls and requests on IT systems accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating with operatives regarding completed jobs and return visits.
• Ensuring engineers have all the necessary information for each site, and verifying the accuracy of recorded data.
• Assisting with contract management to ensure adherence to service agreements.

Experience / Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a Scheduling/Planning role is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Willingness to continuously improve customer service standards and deliver an efficient service.
• IT literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays
