What you will be doing?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Reporting Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting Water Recycling in achieving its outcomes by harnessing the power of corporate data and presenting it in clear and engaging ways to facilitate decision-making processes in the Operational side of the business.
Your key duties will include:
Utilize the tools such as Power BI to analyse and interpret corporate data.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain best practices and standards for data reporting and visualization across Water Recycling.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insight for process improvements.
Design and develop visually compelling reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into key performance indicators and trends.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of all report produced.

What does it take to be a Reporting Analyst?
Proven IT skills, using Microsoft excel, Power BI and to be familiar with Power Automate
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Experience in the water management or environmental sustainability sector (preferred but not required).
Personally resilient and adaptable to changing environments.
Full UK Driving Licence
