Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning the work of Central Reprographics, including photocopying, design and production of resources, ensuring that high standards are maintained Designing and producing all curriculum, publicity and Administrative work Liaising with outside agencies when necessary e.g. web-site design agency Working with other staff in order to ensure high quality, relevant display throughout the academy, including students' work Designing, developing and managing internal academy communication systems including staff phone lists and photo boards Advising staff and students on reprographics Designing and producing the documentation for the celebration of achievement Contributing to planning in the development of administration and learning resources Keeping accurate and up to date stock records. Ensuring all reprographics are cost effective and directly enhance the quality of teaching and learning Creating annual staffing material (photo posters, extension lists etc) Managing paper stocks and ordering any consumables required for reprographics General administrative duties, including reception duties, first aid/welfare support and producing reports as requested What We are Looking For
We would like to hear from you if you have:
Basic knowledge of computer applications. Literacy and Numeracy to Level 2 Training in use of reprographics equipment Experience working in a reprographics environment Experience of designing and printing basic documents Experience of managing a small budget Experience of organising a busy service area For a full job description and person specification, please download the Job Pack.
