Research Administrator

Starting salary from £24,715 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £28,131 per annum We are recruiting a Research Administrator to join a friendly team in Research & Innovation Services supporting the preparation of grant applications and awards in the Faculty of Science.  Key duties of the role include preparing detailed costings, assisting with the preparation and submission of grant proposals to funders, producing award documentation and maintaining electronic records.  We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and experience of preparing budgets. You will be able to manage a busy workload with fixed deadlines, work collaboratively and communicate well with colleagues.  This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.  Further information on our great benefits package, including 20 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and additional University Customary days (pro rata for part-time), can be found on our benefits page.
