Job description

Two full-time posts available, one indefinite and one fixed term to 31 July 2024 Salary on appointment will be £24,715 per annum, with an annual increment up to £28,131 per annum.  UEA’s Research and Innovation Service are looking to recruit two Finance Reporting Administrators to provide high quality, flexible administrative support and undertake a financial data reporting function for specific projects within the overall team managing the research / innovation project portfolio. If successful, you will be required to develop detailed knowledge of the sub-portfolio of projects assigned to them, to understand and advise on relevant external funder T&Cs relating to expenditure and reporting requirements, and to follow relevant post-award systems and processes within RIN. You must have two A levels at grades A-E, and five GCSE passes at grades A-C (including Mathematics and English), or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience. In addition, you will have recent experience of working in a busy clerical or administrative role, well developed organisational skills, and demonstrable numeracy and financial processing skills. There are 2 posts available. The first is a full-time post, available immediately on an indefinite basis. The second is a full-time post, available immediately on a fixed-term basis to 31 July 2024, with possibility for extension. Secondments will be considered for existing UEA staff.
