We are recruiting an ambitious, self-motivated Research Associate to join Dr Manns research group focussing on tissue specificity of immune responses at mucosal sites.
The successful candidate will work collegiately on a MRC-funded experimental medicine project, assessing the effects of disruption of host microbiota with broad-spectrum antibiotics on pulmonary immunity, in a human mini-trial, carrying out, analysing and assessing the immunological and microbial assays on fresh human tissue samples collected from human participants.
Candidates must have, or be about to obtain, a PhD in Immunology (or equivalent).
