The Research and Innovation Directorate provide the focal point for activities that maximise the economic and social impact of the University of Sunderland. The Receptionist and R&I Assistant Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Facilities Team and the wider directorate.
About the role
The successful applicant will provide high-quality, customer and solution focused business administrative support for the Commerical Team and Directorate and to play a key role in providing a professional front of house service for Hope Street Xchange.
Key responsibilities include successfully delivering a range of business, sales, and administrative support activities, including reception support services to ensure that the Commercial Team and tenants receive an efficient, high quality and professional service.

The candidate will need to be hardworking and a self-starter however, will receive support from the team including the Commercial Facilities Manager.
This post is part-time working 22.5 hours, split over 5 days and working flexible shifts.
