ASA Recruitment are proud to be working with a high profile public sector client who are endeavouring to pave the way for a resilient future.
To help support this mission, we are currently recruiting an experienced Research Support Officer who can dive into the heart of this mission.
Responsibilities will include;
Supporting research analysis and report publications (25%)
Handling day-to-day research elements of the Listening Project (20%)
Utilizing qualitative analysis tools like NVivo for data analysis (20%)
Participating in in-person events and fieldwork activities (10%)
Facilitating engagement feedback loops to ensure meaningful participation (10%)
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success (5%)
Assisting with wider Listening Project activities (10%)
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in social research methods with an intersectional lens.
Ability to critically evaluate large datasets and research evidence accurately.
Experience in planning, reviewing, and prioritizing work to deliver results.
Strong communication skills covering complex issues.
Analysis and Use of Evidence
Qualifications:
PhD or Master’s degree in relevant fields (social science, public health, etc.)
Practical experience in qualitative research methods preferred
Familiarity with qualitative data analysis software like NVivo or R desirable
