Reservations Agent

I am currently recruiting for a temporary Reservations Agent position in an amazing family owned real estate investment, development and operational business on a 3 month contract.

Rate: £13.15 per hour + Holiday pay
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Location: Hammersmith, W6. Office based.
Hours: 40 hours a week

Primarily, you will take responsibility for inbound reservation enquiries, dealing with agents and guests, chasing and converting enquiries, and quality checking reservations, between hotels and apartments. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach to contribute to ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. You will collaborate closely with the reservations team, property managers, and other departments to optimize occupancy rates and provide top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate:

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Be enthusiastic to deliver outstanding levels of guest and agent service.
• Must be able to multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
