We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our client wonderful hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reservations and guest services and be able to work in an award winning 5* boutique environment. This is a role for someone who can assess, adapt and respond to changing circumstances in the hotel environment.
**Responsibilities:**
Managing Reservations and ensuring efficient guest services
Assisting in overseeing Front of House operations
Providing exceptional customer service in this wonderful Scottish venue and resolving guest inquiries
Collaborating with the management team to ensure rates are correct at the point of sale and feeding data to the foh team.
Managing rooms reservations to maximise the efficiency of the hotel
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in Reservations and guest services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management software

This is a role for someone who has experience of high net worth or luxury hospitality, maybe they have stayed in similar environments or worked in them. An understanding of high service levels is essential. It's also important to be happy living and working in a more remote location. Though well served by local facilities it is some distance to a large town. That said the venue have open out door swimming from the door of your accommodation, unlimited gym access, paddleboarding and lots of outdoor pursuits.
