We are currently working on behalf of a West London based housing provider, to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for an initial four-month interim role. This is a Hybrid role with your time split between the office, the site and home.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will utilise your previous expertise to ensure that Capital Works programmes are completed on time with the minimum disruption to residents.
Duties will include;
- Work with residents to enable a capital project to be completed on time and on budget with excellent customer satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for publicising / coordinating important project information between residents, other stakeholders and the Economy property and compliance teams.
- Establish united, practical, mutually beneficial working relationships, during the whole life of the project programme.
- Visit residents in their homes to discuss their specific circumstances and compile household profiles to assist in delivering works improvements with minimum disruption.
- Encourage and develop tenant involvement in all aspects of a scheme design and delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents who are experiencing difficulties with the works in their homes.
- Work with residents and all stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction with works delivered.
- Always ensure that contractors put residents at the centre of works being delivered.
