SalaryKenna Recruitment has a brand new fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join one of the UK's largest developers based in North London.
About the role:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact for residents that the main contractor is carrying out work, delivering excellent customer care to ensure the program of works is met.
Day-to-day duties:
- A typical day will include formal and informal meetings with residents, issuing relevant documentation to residents, assisting with generating reports, creating and maintaining a property diary, and ensuring residents are aware of the aftercare process to name just a few elements of the role.
- You will ensure residents are aware of the work processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly.
- In addition you will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
About you:
- Experience working within the housing sector / worked for a Contractor or in a client-side Resident Liaison engagement role
- You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public facing role.
- Proven track record of managing projects.
- You must have a UK driving license and own your car.
