Hyde is looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer.

As a Resident Liaison Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Property Maintenance Team to manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints related to repair services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound customer complaints related to repair services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Support customers in diagnosing repairs.
- Manage information relating to cases within Hyde’s information systems to ensure consistent and timely responses.
- Undertake general administrative duties to support the service as required.
- Meet all agreed SLAs and KPIs for complaint resolution and service performance.
- Investigate complaints and ensure timely booking and management of repairs.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
