Here at Drain Doctor, We have a great team, and we're looking for the right individual to add to our existing drainage super heroes.
Due to growth in the business we are looking to bolster the internal administration team.
Your job role is reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, supporting the Operations Team (office and engineers) with critical operational functions and tasks within the business as well as to perform minor to moderately complex office work, answer phones, book appointments, dispatch engineers, and other customer and job related tasks.
This is an exciting role in a busy, fast paced and dynamic office environment.
You will need to be disciplined and very organised, with good people skills.
The right candidate will also have the ability to deal with sales and to assist the director with this aspect of business.
- Answer incoming calls Deal with job enquiries from customers and engineers Manage new, ongoing and open jobs Ordering / scheduling plant, materials & 3rd parties Generate and follow up outstanding quotes Maintain / organise planned preventative maintenance Preparing jobs to progress to invoicing Assist with chasing / collecting payments Take out of hours calls and manage jobs on a rota basis to include weekends Holidays & sickness resource planning / recording on to internal systems Completion of technician run sheets Maintain training matrix and book relevant training Vehicle checks / servicing / MOTs etc Stationary management Incoming post / deliveries
