Salary: £32k - £33k
- Measure overall resident satisfaction through surveys or feedback. Surveys to be completed quarterly on each section of the development.
- Track the time taken to respond to and fulfil resident service requests. Keep logged items on the tracker and ensure residents are updated.
- Measure the level of resident engagement in community events and activities.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication channels in keeping residents informed. Ensure residents are updated proactively when maintenance or emergency has taken place.
- Assess the maintenance and cleanliness of shared spaces and facilities.
- Plan and hold resident event on a quarterly basis with communications sent out a month in advance.
- Ensuring resident meetings/resident surgeries are communicated to all residents in a timely manner and delivered in a high fashion. Minutes to be issued 7 days after the event.
- Effective positive liaison with customers, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Attending resident surgeries to management any issues arisen on site and customer complaints with log.
- Management of communication in relation to digital notice boards/portals. Promoting the company, in events, communications.
- Ensuring quarterly newsletters are issued to residents.
- Team/Operations
- Implement strategies for the front of house facilities and services to our customers.
- Undertaken parcel and post facility and distribution to customers.
- Management of documentation for emergency systems (tests weekly and keep a log as required)
- Monitor security on site and track and resolve security concerns.
- Breach of lease management, keep a log and update accordingly.
- To attend & participate in monthly departmental LTM.
- Attend and participate in weekly stand-up meetings with the team leader.
- To log all Lateness/Sickness/WFH on People HR.
- Obtain 5 Feefo's/Google Reviews per month (per person).
