As a member of Paysafe’s Payment Network Team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a segment of our payment partner portfolio. You will be a key stakeholder in delivering the Payment Network roadmap, leading new and existing relationships and helping to develop the payment network strategy. You will be our payment partners main contact responsible for all aspects of the relationship. The role requires you to negotiate complex agreements with both new and existing partners. A background in payment partner relationships with a focus on Alternative Payment Methods, plus your ability to navigate complex payment models is key to success in this role.

How we work:

 

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

 

The impact you will have:

  • [Manage and maintain a segment of Paysafe’s Payment Partner portfolio who are located across EU, Africa, LATAM and Asia.
  •  
  • · Negotiate complex agreements and commercials with both existing and new partners ensuring they are designed to support our business models and services.
  •  
  • · Be the Payment Partners main contact, responsible for all initiatives or projects raised by the partner or Paysafe.
  •  
  • · In-depth understanding of partner pricing and settlement to enable regular reviews with our groups finance function.
  •  
  • · Create and drive the Payment Network roadmap for new and existing partners within your allocated area and partner portfolio.
  •  
  • · Build business cases and lead projects to integrate new partners and develop existing partners features and functionality.

 

  • · Manage payment partner KPI’s and provide periodic reports on partner performance.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

A minimum of 3 years in a role managing payment partners within the Payments or Banking Industry

 

Can demonstrate how you managed and lead commercial discussions with a payment provider as a customer.

 

Experience reviewing transaction data and monitoring payment method performance.

 

Experience or an understanding of the digital wallet industry is preferable.

 

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines set both internally and externally.

 

Highly skilled at presenting ideas and obtaining support both internally and externally.
