Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion
- Dealing with all types of Residential Property matters such as sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Dealing with Commercial Property matters such as commercial leases, licences to assign and other associated documentation for Landlord and Tenants
- Keeping clients up to date with costs estimates
- Use your technical experience and knowledge to support & mentor the wider team as required
- Good working knowledge of all aspects of property law
- 5 Years + PQE
- Proven track record in handling all aspects of Residential Property and Commercial Property, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience
