An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within 'Hollies Residential Care Home in Pontarddulais as a Residential Care Officer. This role supports people that are living with Dementia on a long term or rapid response 'Step up' basis.

You will be part of a team of Residential Care Officers both experienced and new.- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough and paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have Shifts patterns that are equally shared amongst the team and have a 28 or 21 hour contract.
