The role
Warrington Borough Council's Children's Residential service is expanding with a number of innovative new projects opening in the next 12 months.
We have an exciting opportunities to join an already supportive and experienced staff team as a Residential Support Worker.
This is a challenging role where you will caring and supporting children and young people with a number complex needs to improve their outcomes and achieve their goals.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with young people and are flexible, resilient, motivated and committed.
As a residential support worker you work as part of a 24/7 rota including working evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts,
along with a competitive salary and investment in your training and development you will receive pay enhancements and sleep in and mileage allowances.
You must hold or be willing to work towards at least a level 3 diploma in Residential Care work.

DBS clearance is required.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
