Position: Residential Children's Support Worker and Senior Support Worker
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in our client's care.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of each child.
- Implement care plans and individual support strategies.

Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility and resilience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Open to applicants with or without relevant qualifications.
- Experience within Residential Childcare settings or similar is required.
Working Conditions:
- Full-Time Permanent Role: This position is a long-term commitment.
- Shifts: Involves working long shifts and sleep-ins.
- Rota: 2 days on, 4 days off.
