Our Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the support required by the children and young people in our care.
Some previous experience in a care setting is essential. This role is ideal for people who want to make a real difference to children and young people’s lives and futures.
Already qualified to, or willing to work towards, level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
Our home offers residential care for boys aged 11-18.
