Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years' hands on fee earning experience to join a highly reputable firm of Solicitors at their office in central Newcastle.

The role would sit within the firms specialist site set up and plot sales team, who work with developer clients on the set up of large residential property sites and the sale of new build properties.
The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer, ideally with plot sales and new build experience, though candidates without who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of residential property cases, with a focus on site set up work and plot sales matters.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with developer clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met throughout the conveyancing process.


• Offer expert legal advice on plot sales matters.


• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and agreement related to plot sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


• Conducting due diligence on property titles, identifying any potential legal issues and proposing appropriate resolutions.


• Supporting on complex work.


• Assisting junior members of the team.

Salary to £35,000 dependent on experience
