Can you run your own caseload of Freehold/Leasehold, Sales and Purchase? Looking to develop your conveyancing knowledge within a progressive and supportive environment?
You will be running a full caseload, between 60-80 files. An ideal candidate will have new build and shared ownership experience, although this is not essential.
The firm offer very clear routes for progression and take pride in promoting from within. Several learning and development courses are provided throughout the year. This enables you to develop your basic knowledge and become an expert conveyancer, leading to promotions!
As part of the role, you will have access to a fantastic and achievable bonus structure, which could see you earn a considerable amount on top of your annual salary. Based on completions (Monthly) , customer satisfaction (Quarterly) and billings (Annual)
