Join a well-established law firm in Crewe as a Residential Conveyancer! We're seeking an experienced individual with 1 to 5 years of conveyancing experience to join our clients vibrant property team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
- Conducting searches, drafting contracts, and handling exchange and completion processes efficiently.
- Providing excellent client service and ensuring all transactions comply with legal regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
