Locum Residential Conveyancer/Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to start a 3-month initial contract for a Local Authority based in the North West.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be handling a range of responsibilities but not limited to;
- Leases and licenses
- Plot sales
- Right to buy
- Sales and purchase of lease hold
- Purchases including new build and sales
We are looking to hear from Residential Conveyancer's who are either qualified solicitors, legal executives, or experienced lawyers with residential property experience.
The successful candidate for the Residential Conveyancer role will ideally be able to work on a hybrid basis, attending the Lancashire based offices once a week. Remote candidates will be considered for this post so if you are not local to Lancashire, please don't hesitate to appluu.
