Established Solicitors in Newtownabbey wishes to recruit an experience full time Residential Conveyancing Secretary for their busy office. Drawing from their experience in Residential Conveyancing, the right candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer and legal excellence.

The Role

• Working alongside the solicitor to manage a large residential caseload
• Excellent IT skills including knowledge of a case management system
• Dealing with agents, brokers and clients to ensure all expectations are met
• Being proactive in ensuring the process of conveyancing up to completion runs smoothly

The Person

• Minimum 3 – 5 years Residential Conveyancing experience
• Excellent IT Skills, with experience in a recognised case management system
• Experience in handling volume conveyancing work
